I'm a fed up with the Target 's customer service, I called & waited almost an hour to talk to some XXXX about why haven't I received an increase after almost XXXX of being a credit card member & then they transferred me to a supervisor & then the phone hung up. I'm tired of trying to call customer service & I get no answers & often the phone call drops. I use my target credit card often & pay it off fully, on XXXX & my limit is still only {$500.00} & there are times I used over {$400.00} & paid it off in full, on the due date & still I haven't received an increase. I have a very good XXXX XXXX over XXXX & great income & I have been a loyal customer to Target. I have other credit cards that have higher limits like $ XXXX $ XXXX I don't expect Target to give me that large of a limit but to still be at {$500.00} after almost 3 years is ridiculous. I have several credit cards & Target is the only one with that low of a limit. However, it is the one I use the most often, Because I love the store & shop monthly for necessities, in between pay days & even though it offers no cash back or rewards points or any major benefits, I still use it. However, it's not really helping my credit portfolio, being so low of a credit line & more important than that, I DO NOT feel valued as a loyal customer & I have gave Target XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX through the years! & after 3 years I am still at {$500.00} limit. It makes me just want to close the card.
