I am writing to express my concerns regarding Zelles handling of disputes. In light of recent lawsuits from the CFPB regarding issues with the company. A transaction occurred in XX/XX/year> for the amount of {$600.00} and without any investigation, Zelle told me there was nothing that could be done. It was a continuous battle with the company. I took a list of a substantial amount of money at this time and feel its now time for them to be do something about since it was them who couldnt rectify the issue. Its unjust, and I just want to feel safe again when it comes to my money. Ive tried to find the statement from back then but it is now unavailable. Which is why I want to include myself in this matter because Im taking a loss all around from this one problem.
