I had a fraud transaction made on my debit card with the bank Chime, I was told that I had to wait for the transaction to go through in order to file a dispute. When I filed my dispute I was told I had to wait XXXX weeks for the dispute to be resolved. I live in XXXX XXXX and a transaction for almost XXXX was made in a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Again I live in XXXX XXXX and I have other transactions from that day that states I was in need of XXXX, my dispute however was denied today and they said the investigators didnt find anything wrong. This is impossible to me and I feel like my information was hacked. I worked that day as well so its impossible that I travel so far to even make that purchase. I was told now by Chime bank that I have to file a police report as proof that my money was stolen which seems odd to me. I have also uploaded screenshots of my transactions for that day and you can see I was in XXXX XXXX, even traveling I wouldnt be able to make that purchase at XXXX at the time it was made. This whole situation is very frustrating.
