On XX/XX/XXXX I Called XXXX Credit Card Company About All The Extra Fees On My Account, {$15.00} Insurance fee, {$12.00} acct maintenance Fee EVERY MONTH! The {$15.00} Fee may not have been cancelled which is draining the card I Rarely Use & The Balance goes down $ XXXX after all the interest fees. Then XXXX the Annual Fee with many others the payment went up $ XXXX. To {$76.00} now. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX- I Told Them To Close My Account Adamantly -THEY WOULD NOT! They repeatedly, for 5 minutes, insisted They would Refund the Annual Fee as Credit & Another fee I thought was taken care of months ago Now They Recharge The Annual Fee as if I'm going to keep standing by getting my money taken by a company that won't let me settle anything because I Really Really Hate this Credit Card Company which is why i RARELY USE THE CARD ANYMORE! THEY RAISED THE CREDIT LIMIT LAST YEAR SO THEY COULD MAX IT OUT WITH MORE INTEREST & MORE FEES LIKE I DON'T NOTICE THEY XXXX ROBBING ME SOMEHWERE SOMEHOW EVERY MONTH XXXX XXXX CREDIT HAS TO STOP I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT NOW
