I have included yet another Identity Theft Report made to the FTC. Equifax still has my birthday listed incorrectly which is fraudulent, along with the XXXX XXXX account that has since been removed by Transunion and Experian, yet not removed by XXXX. There is an address being reported to all three credit bureaus which I have never resided. There are a repetitive amount of inquiries reporting to all three bureaus as well which I have no knowledge of. XXXX, still has yet to be remedied, I asked them to validate the debt and they provided me with no wet signature, or any tangible proof that the debt was acquired by me although I have been disputing and complaining about this {$3000.00} charge off account for almost a year now, and nothing has been done about it.
