I am writing to dispute a number of credit inquiries listed on my Equifax credit report that were made without my express authorization and, in my view, lack a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and applicable New Jersey state law. I hereby demand that Equifax either furnish me with original documentationcomplete with a wet ink signatureproving that I authorized these inquiries, or remove them from my credit file immediately. ALSO Remove accounts that are inaccurate and as FCRA laws protect the right of Consumers. ALSo to follow NJ and Federal LAws pertaining to Identity theft from Equifax failure to protect consumer data.
