Payment was due XX/XX/XXXX, but I made it a few days late on XX/XX/XXXX. When I made that payment their system stated that I was making the payment due XX/XX/XXXX ( this field could not be changed ). My {$300.00} payment would have covered the {$28.00} minimum payment for both XXXX and XXXX. However, on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX discovered that I was charged a late fee for that payment, even though I paid it 27 days early according to their system. I submitted another {$300.00} payment that day their system said I was paying the amount due XX/XX/XXXX. After XX/XX/XXXX I was assessed another late fee, even though their system indicated I paid 23 days early, so I called to complain. I was told the late fees for the last two months and associated interest would be waived leaving a balance of {$110.00}, which I remitted on XX/XX/XXXX. When I checked the account on XX/XX/XXXX the fees still hadn't been waived and yet another erroneous late fee was assessed. I assumed the adjustment hadn't cleared yet so I made the {$28.00} minimum payment to avoid damage to my credit report. Their system indicated I was making the payment due XX/XX/XXXX. The adjustment NEVER went through, and on XX/XX/XXXX I was once again charged a late fee for a payment I made 26 days early. I called to complain again and was told the best they could do was give me a one-time credit for one month 's late fees, but I'd have to pay another {$28.00} right now to get that credit.
