To whom this may concern : I am submitting a complaint against the 3 data furnishers, XXXX, Transunion, and Experian. All three agencies indicated that they " validated '' the public record with the bankruptcy court. I have personally visited the bankruptcy court and submitted a formal request as to their procedures. See the stamped document attached of which I submitted. I STRONGLY believe the data furnishers, XXXX, Transunion, and Experian conducted a false investigation which lacks candor as to proving the public record that shows on my credit report. Upon visiting the clerk of the BK courts, they gave information which is also attached that they do NOT provide ANY any information to the data furnishers or any 3rd party entities that disclose any public records. Due to the false/fake investigatory process which is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), this information should/needs to be removed from my credit profile as this can be warranted in a civil action or matter on my behalf against these data furnishers, XXXX, Transunion, and Experian XXXX
