Regional Finance XXXX, first loan XX/XX/XXXX. They are reporting on my credit report I paid one year of payments on time in XXXX. Then says in XXXX that I did not make XXXX payment. They closed the account on XX/XX/XXXX, a balance of {$6300.00}. The company 's address was Regional Fin XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), Never talk to this branch never took out a loan for that amount. Then Regional Fin reported on my credit that I took out a loan for {$2500.00}. open on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX said I made % payments and no late one, and is current and was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and the same branch in SC.but has a phone number of XXXX TX XXXX XXXX you go to my collections part of my report and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX that the loan amount is {$5100.00} and says that the loan was open on XX/XX/XXXX, and a loan for 2 years and 8 months. No payment history and says it's a loan by the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. So my Question to you is what loan and what loan amount is right and how many loans to date open close do I have and which branch has it. I only talked with a lady at the XXXX TX branch same lady every time and only have two loan one was for about {$1400.00} then after paying that off. She ask if I would like a higher amount loan {$2400.00} and I said yes and was paying on it till cov hit. Can these people just say amount of what every they want and file paper work and and it clearly shows on my report that the numbers and dates do not match up and I had no way of reporting that myself they did the reporting which I feel is bias as you can see yourself. thanks have a great day
