my name is XXXX and I disputed a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charge-off on my XXXX secondary credit report. After my dispute, the investigation was completed on XX/XX/year>. the account was deleted from my XXXX report. Generate a letter I can upload to the CFPB and send to the CRAs advising them of the deletion from XXXX. Include if XXXX deleted the account completely they will have to do the same due to the account now being verified. include any consumer laws that protect me as a consumer and encourage the credit reporting agencies to remove the unverifiable debt from my credit report within 30 days or less. if the unverifiable account is not removed within 30 days or less, please include any consumer laws that include my right to sue and take legal action.
