I request proof of ownership from the collection company and they send me a letter saying it was assigned to them from the creditor with nothing shown that information. There letter said assigned to them, yet is listed on the credit report as sold. As per FCA a account can't be sold and declared as loss. I am requesting that the account be removed from all XXXX reporting agency fir incorrect information. This my XXXX request to the collection company and the credit bureau with nothing been done other than information was verified. Copy of letter and copy of report included.
