I was never late for this. I showed bank statements, emails, and calls that I made to them. XXXX never removed this. It was close as it was literally paid on the XXXX day, but I still paid it. This is currently having an effect on my XXXX home loan as it's delaying it and could possibly deny because of these type of items on my credit report. I have tried over XXXX years to have this removed and this company is insistent on it being late. I currently don't have access to my account anymore either which makes it impossible to show proof of payment and dates. I would like this removed from my credit report. It's going on XXXX years anyways and should not be there anymore. Please remove, thank you.
