I have called multiple times requesting from this company proof this is account is mine, they were not able to. Multiple times I requested proof of investigation and all they did was come back and say the account is valid. Which is completing violating the rights. They are not complying. They are completely brushing me off. They are not practicing fair play. Multiple times I requested if this account is mine can you show me if theres any credit card or debit thats with my name on thats attached to this account to make such payment. They were not able to. I request to remove this account since they can not properly verify. Still they did not.
