Hello. I am unable to receive appropriate assistance from credit karma money, they have submitted my account for closer without due cause. I exercised my consumer right to file a dispute to gain assistance with charges on my account and now feel as though they have discriminated against me and closed my account without due cause for exercising such right And have denied me access to the funds in my account that I desperately need due to financial hardship. You can not speak with upper management when requested and the customer service states theres no way to escalate customer complaints or issues to the back office that handles account closure. Credit karma lacks transparency and had I known they would punish me for exercising my rights as a consumer I would have never used them nor would I have felt comfortable filling dispute. Ive worked in back office limitations for a massive company for almost ten years and there is always an appeal process and an option to request immediate access to funds in the account. Please assist me with this matter as a XXXX XXXXXXXX who has XXXX children to provide for who exercised their consumer right to file a dispute who is now being punished or discriminated against for doing so. Thank you.
