XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX living, sentient, breathing, natural man ) and master beneficiary of all securities created in the government created entity name XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; which is a artificial entity distinct from a natural living man created by XXXX as affirmed in XXXX XXXX XXXX. This living man bring forth this claim against Experian for violation of my rights under the " FCRA '' and Civil liability for willful noncompliance 15 U.S. Code 1681n, after said corporation was provide with proper documentation, but failed to correct the errors and maintain " Maximum Accuracy '' as they are obligated by 15 U.S.C 1681e ( b ). FACTUAL EVIDENCE : on XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a dispute to Experian about inaccurate information in my consumer report and demanded investigation and deletion of inaccurate information. To also provide me with the procedure used to determine the completeness and accuracy of the information, including the name of the contacts they spoke with and address of the furnisher as they are obligated according to 15 U.S.C 1681i ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ). I received a correspondence from Experian stating " The address that you provided has never been reported to us ''. But in fact, that address is being reported in my Experian consumer report. In a recent active and on going lawsuit against Experian by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau " CFPB '' highlighted similar issues with Experian conducting " Sham Investigation '' of credit report errors or in some cases " Experian regularly gives the supporting documents no weight in resolving the dispute and routinely conducts no further reinvestigation of the dispute beyond the furnishers XXXX response ''. This is a clear example of what transpired. In some instances where Experian receives illogical responses from furnishers, " Experian partially implements the furnishers XXXX response on the consumers report, but also unilaterally alters the information in the XXXX to make it appear logical and consistent. In doing so, Experian does not take steps to ensure that the changed tradeline is in fact complete and accurate. '' Experian were provided recent documents validating my address, but refused to delete the inaccurate information and send me an updated report. This is also a violation of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 ( CFPA ), CFPAs prohibition on unfair acts or practices. 12 U.S.C. 5531 ( c ) ( 1 ).
