PNC made it difficult for me to make payments to my secured credit card. I made a payment from my PNC business bank account several times, and the payments were returned. PNC closed the account and used the secured payments to pay the account off. However, my credit report, it is showing bad debt charged off. I have called PNC which has a foreign customer service call center and they have not corrected the problem with the information on how it is being reported.
