NCB Management Services, Inc Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX File Number : # XXXX has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. NCB Management Services , Inc was placed on my credit file on XX/XX/XXXX and was deleted approximately on XX/XX/XXXX with an alleged balance of {$4900.00} after buying the alleged debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX fraudulently. As NCB is not licensed as a debt collection company in the state of Illinois after researching Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation license look and XXXX XXXX XXXX at the list of businesses established in Illinois. And XXXX has XXXX XXXX violations and discrepancies making the contract void. Between XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX my XXXX credit report stated XXXX collections. On XX/XX/XXXX NCB reported on my credit file. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 of the FCRA, if previously removed is reinserted into a credit report, the credit reporting agency is required to notify the consumer within 5 business days of the reinsertion. I have not received any notification regarding NCB Management Services , Inc. NCB was required to notify me prior to XX/XX/XXXX, or no later than 30 days after. NCB failed to notify me about reporting derogatory info. In section 603 ( p ) 15 U.S.C. ss 168s-2 ( a ) ( 7 ) ( A ) ( I ) ; The notice is required under subparagraph ( A ) shall be provided to the customer prior to, or no later than 30 days after XX/XX/XXXX, furnishing the negative derogatory information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 ( p ), 15 U.S.C. ss 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 7 ) ( B ) ( I ). NCB broke commercial law under UCC 9.501 that all notices were timely and properly given by dated certified mail receipt. They were not met. I asked for documentation & received no response. Validations of date and Mini-Mirandi under Section 807 ( 1 ) NCB failed to send me my initial communication before placing this alleged derogatory status on my credit reports further violating the FCRA, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, failing to provide this notice can result in a penalty up to {$2500.00} and can be enforced by the FTC, and that IL state attorney general can enforce a {$1000.00} penalty. NCB purchased fraudulent contract. My deposit was never added. And there are discrepancies in their accounting and inflated reporting on the actual balance of the account.
