Consumer Narrative
XX/XX/year> I had half my paycheck {$500.00} be set up to go into my savings account with XXXX XXXX so that I could pay my car note. XXXX XXXX has taken my money all of it, in result of making me now unable to pay my car note on time. My account doesnt reflect that I owe any debt or outstanding balances. But it was explained to me from a representative that they collected a debt from a charged off credit card. I strongly believe that if my account for the credit card has been charged off. That does not give them authority to go into my savings account and steal money without authorization from me. Please someone help me get my funds back or I will be in debt for my car note. Charge-off means theyve already written the debt off as a loss, I understand that it doesnt mean I no longer owe it, but it means they stopped trying to collect it actively. This is unfair practice. I have attached the activity of my account and how it appears on my end. It doesnt show a negative balance or that I owe any debt. And also shows when they just took my money with no explanation.
