I am filing this complaint against Experian for failing to remove 19 unauthorized hard inquiries from my credit report. I have contacted the furnishers directly, and they were unable to verify that I gave authorization for these inquiries. This contradicts Experians claim that the inquiries were valid. Additionally, none of my open or verified accounts were initiated by these inquiriesthey were pulled from other sources, which I confirmed in a separate dispute. Therefore, these 19 inquiries serve no valid purpose and were not initiated by me. Under FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681b, a consumer reporting agency must only report inquiries when there is a permissible purpose and documented consumer consent. Experian is now reporting inaccurate and unverifiable information, which is a direct violation of FCRA 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ). I am requesting the immediate deletion of all 19 inquiries, as I should have zero inquiries on my report.
