The car was repossessed XX/XX/XXXX I paid the money to get the car back, but before doing so they change the title and plates over to the dealer name ( XXXX ) never placed the car back in my name. I never knew about this process now the plates are expired and I cant get valid plates on the car. I cant drive the car and it can be towed any day in my apartment complex due to not being registered. I have to take XXXX to work and school and they keep calling for a {$420.00} payment on the car note when they keep lying like they gone send me the papers out to register the car then keep threating to take the car if I fall behind payments. which I stated I just paid {$970.00} and will not be making another payment until I can drive the car. This has caused so much stress on me I cant even take my kids to school I have to pay delivery service to deliver groceries this company needs to do better I need the piece of paper to get valid plates and keep saying when they send it out I have to mail it back then they XXXX party vendor work with the state to register the car. also not knowing how long that will take which means whenever they send the paper out I still have to wait at least another 2 to 3 weeks to register the vehicle on top of me buying this vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX and a lot of the features didn't work and the transmission had problems and I just paid {$9000.00} for a brand new transmission and I still cant drive the car because they wont put the car in my name over a piece of paper they lied and said they sent out or will be sending out I heard 6 different stories I supposed to had the form as of Thursday XX/XX/XXXX still haven't been sent out I'm going to get a lawyer to look at this because this is ridiculous
