I am XXXX XXXX XXXX, my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX discounts are increasing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My discounts are maximum allowed 50 % across all taxes by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX outsources their escrow, XXXX demanded a copy of the tax bill prior to discounts.. If they were knowledgeable about the process they would know that there is not a bill before tax reductions. It is a formula, which calculates your invoice based on the towns rates. How ridiculous that they do not know that.. They claimed they called town hall. The tax contact has not record of the request. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. raising an young adult with XXXX, strict budget. They are unreasonable, XXXXXXXX XXXX is antiquated, I mailed copies of the town papers showing all discounts .. How do you deal with such a stupid bank? According to the town my taxes next year should be roughly {$1300.00} less. I refuse to give this bank any more to hold on to I am calling them next week.. I prefer to email them to have proof, every person has a different answer since they outsource their escrow department.. DO you know you can only mail information to them, no idea how long it takes to get to correce department.. As soon as rates drop Im will to give up my FHA to get rid of XXXXXXXX XXXX.
