The company did nothing I am submitting evidence that I was never signed in and pictures of the transactions that the casino sent me that failed and citizens still put those transactions through even though I told them that they were multiple an error on the merchant side this happened between XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and XXXX the XXXXXXXX XXXX to be fair XXXX submitted and want her answers information concerning overdraft protection well I'm sending that my paperwork it shows that I was opt out when I opened this account same thing that she tried show me but what she need to show me is the document I signed claiming I was enrolled when I never was that's it that's all
