In XX/XX/year> I deposited my elderly mothers endorsed payroll check {$1400.00} and BMO bank is STILL holding the funds, and the fraud department will no longer take my calls. My mother and I have conferenced called the fraud department confirming the transaction was valid and we requested the 3rd party endorsement affidavit be sent by mail and email and we were never provided with the form. This was done 3x. This is disgusting. We need this money!!
