Hello, my work check was put into my account and my sons, the people he did hos job for wrote a bad check and it bounced even though I called and let them know they still closed the account and said the remaining funds would be sent out. I got a email saying the that account was closed and a check would be received in 7-10 of the money wasnt put on an account on file and I called the bank today just to double check things because I havent received the check and they said the account isnt yet fully closed but I would have to speak to investigations because they dont know much. I asked well if the account is still open wouldnt you guys not send a check out yet and that was confirmed I then asked well why did I get this letter stating the account was closed and Id receive my funds if that was not true and again no answers for me
