I submitted a deferral request to Lexus Financial for XXXX months deferral. The deferral was accepted and they requested me to submit a sign deferral agreement that they sent electronically and said would be applied to the account within XXXX hours and a fee to be paid prior to the deferral would be applied to my account. I submitted and completed the requested actions to Lexus Financial on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and it is now XX/XX/XXXX and they are still contacting me via collection calls and are stating that they account is still passed due and is literally harassing me. The account should have been updated as there is proof of payment as well as the receipt of the electronic documents being received. My account is still accruing past due days and fees. This is also still affecting my credit as well as my finances and now due to their negligence.
