XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sold my mortgage to NewRez. The mortgage had a XXXX XXXX paid to XXXX by the seller of {$6600.00} for 24 months. 12 month buydown of 2 %, then 12 month buy down of 1 % First mortgage payment was due XX/XX/XXXX and included {$360.00} of the buydown amount. The next XXXX payments due XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX also included the {$360.00} buy down. XX/XX/XXXX the buydown switched to {$180.00}. Only the next XXXX payments - XXXX/XXXX/XXXX included the {$180.00} buydown. Payment due online XX/XX/XXXX DOES NOT REFLECT the LAST MONTH of the buydown. The paper statement sent to me on XX/XX/XXXX does reflect the buydown... but NO ONE will help me correct the error. They also " they system '' reflects the end of the buydown and that the paper statement is wrong. But the math does not add up to the contract I have from the mortgager.
