I tried to deposit a check through their application. I tried to take in account that I was using an old, cracked TracPhone. But the application said it it didn't go through. Then I got conflicting information saying that that my check would and wouldn't go through., including a text saying it would. I finally spoke to a supervisor and she said it might not be paid. This was my social security check, so I called the social security office. There was nothing amiss there. Then I got an email saying I have conflicting information and my check would be put on an extended hold because I have conflicting information.I tried to deposit the check a few times and they admit it Meanwhile, my bills aren't getting paid and I am not getting money into my account.
