On the XXXX of XXXX I went to a Ria XXXX XXXX in XXXX and asked them to make a deposit in cash into my bank account in the XXXX, I gave all information they asked me and the transaction was apparently made, but because I was travelling out of the XXXX and with all the packing I end up losing the receipt, and unlucky the money didnt come through my account. So I contacted them on the phone, on chat and they cant help me, even with all my personal info they say they cant find my transaction and they claim I have to go in person to the agency, but I cant go back to the XXXX as I dont currently hold a XXXX, I would have to apply for a new XXXX and its out of my budget to go back there now, especially without having my money.
