I filed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy in XXXX of XXXX. The company XXXX reported multiple accounts as 90 days past due and this is incorrect as I am in bankruptcy and the original loan servicer was notified via the bankruptcy court. Because I filed XXXX XXXX, my student loans are automatically put into forbearance until the bankruptcy is discharged therefore, they are violating the federal protection that I am under. I called the company and they were completely clueless and I was also hung up on, likely accidentally, but no attempt was made to call me back and the person on the phone was not equipped to handle the matter anyway. I want every, single negative report removed from my credit report immediately.
