I was told I can get a settlement offer up around {$3000.00} when I came up with the money and called them back. They basically say oh I have to wait until they process the settlement in the midst of them processing the settlement. Theyre constantly adding interest and every time I call, they steady telling me oh I cant do a settlement yet because it has to go through the manager. Im constantly calling constantly calling and theyre steady occurring interest on the loan when Im simply trying to get a settlement to pay it off that way, it doesnt keep making my credit look bad. They wont allow me to just do the settlement. Theyre steady saying I have to wait telling me every week check back. Every week Im calling and getting nowhere while the loan is steady occurring interest.
