On XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX for a money order for {$6400.00} I payed {$1000.00} in cash and the rest in card, XXXX days later on XX/XX/XXXX I was charged {$1000.00} extra out of nowhere by the company XXXX, I was never in XXXX on the XXXX, I never authorized any transactions on the XXXX I have been trying to resolve this issue for over XXXX months with my bank and they havent solved it, I tried reaching out to XXXX first but they told me they couldnt help and to do it through my bank, it is now XX/XX/XXXX and they wont do anything to give me my {$1000.00} back, I have asked my bank for a written response on why they havent solved my issue, for proof of authorization of that transaction, I have spoke to many supervisors and nothing happens, I have proof and receipts for everything.
