XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX am submitting a formal dispute regarding late payment entries reported within the past XXXX years on my credit file. These late payments resulted from unauthorized interference with my financial accounts due to a cybersecurity breach on my mobile device. As they are not a reflection of my financial behavior, I am requesting their immediate removal. Issue Summary : I unknowingly downloaded a XXXX application on my mobile device. This XXXX, intended for privacy protection, contained security vulnerabilities that allowed unauthorized users to access my device. As a result : Unknown third parties gained access to my financial login credentials. My automatic payment settings were altered without my knowledge. This interference led to the late payments that are now inaccurately reflected on my credit report. FCRA & Federal Violations Committed : Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), furnishers are prohibited from reporting inaccurate or unverifiable data. Since these late payments resulted from unauthorized external interference, they are inaccurate and must be removed immediately. Additionally, under FCRA 1681i, I have the right to dispute any information that can not be fully substantiated.
