Consumer Narrative
I submitted and request for discharge of loans due to fraud. The fraud is due to my father signing loan documents in my name, which he is legally bound due to a divorce decree. I supplied the information and got XXXX feedback other than a decision would be made within XXXX days. That decision never happened and I was never contacted other than the notice of receipt of the discharge request. Henceforth, the service EDFinancial is still billing me for payments. I have contacted them and have not recieved a response.
