I disputed this old account to be removed from my credit report with TransUnion. As this company I had a loan with in 2020 and paid it off in 2020. It is showing as a late payment. Again this is not fairness and accuracy in reporting. This is an old debt that is not representing me as the present day consumer. TransUnion knows this is violating the FCRA and FDCPA, and is not willing to remove it. Please help!
