I have disputed the " missed payment '' sections on my credit report XXXX times. It is showing I am XXXX days late on my normal monthly payments. However, I was under a loan modification process and was told not to make payments until that was completed. Under the loan modification process, under a partial payment agreement, I made XXXX payments of {$2000.00} as a trial. Then the mortgage company had an issue with the paperwork around XXXX different times. During the issues they were having, they were NEVER clear until XXXX of XXXX as to what needed to be completed on the paperwork. When it finally got figured out and the loan modification took half a year, I am finally back on track however these " missed payments '' are ruining my credit report and other entities that look at my credit report think I am XXXX days late on my mortgage when that is not the case. I even made another payment of {$2300.00} in order to try to keep things on track while XXXX XXXX XXXX took so long NOT COMMUNICATING with me about issues with the loan modification paperwork. I feel this is greatly unjust that my report has to reflect any days late at all during the loan modification process. Again, I have disputed this XXXX times and the credit bureau, Experian, has not updated this part I have been asking about ( payment history ). All I ask is that it shows that I have been up to date. It is very important to me that my credit score reflects that I have been responsible in my payment making given the direction from XXXX XXXX XXXX in this process.
