I am submitting this complaint against First Federal Credit Control for attempting to collect a debt that I do not owe to them. On XX/XX/year>, I sent a debt validation request to First Federal Credit Control regarding a debt they claim I owe. In response, they provided a copy of a contract for XXXX XXXX. However, they did not provide any documentation proving that they legally own the debt or that I have any contractual obligation to pay them as I signed no such thing. Since First Federal Credit Control has not demonstrated that they have a valid right to collect this debt, I believe they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) by pursuing collection without proper validation. I request that First Federal Credit Control : 1. Cease all collection efforts. 2. Remove any negative reporting related to this debt from my credit report if they have reported it. 3.
