Between the time of the fraud/scam ( XX/XX/year> ) up to the current date, I have called and spoken to M & T Bank requesting documentation for the reasons they granted me for a provisional credit of {$500.00} to my account and then, was reversed on XX/XX/year>. I approached XXXX of the bank employees to assist me in obtaining this information. M & T Bank sent to the mentioned employee, an email, to this effect. I am being told that, " the transaction ( s ) in question were processed correctly and no error has occurred. Therefore, we are denying your claim. '' I asked for a copy of this email, to which I was told, internal company emails are not allowed to be forwarded or copied. I therefore, reminded the bank employee, that then, the bank owes me this document of which I have requested, already numerous times. I have not, to date, received it. Cordially yours, XXXX XXXX
