I received a XXXX XXXX collection bill. on XX/XX/year> I faxed the request debt validation to XXXX. I asked for the following, written agreement with my signature on it to pay and proof that united collection bureau are authorized to collect on behalf creditor, a calculation of the balance ( including complete payment history, chain assignment form, a forward flow agreement, copy of the creditors state license with license number on it, also i asked for the purchased agreement of the debt, the insurance claim of the debt. i received a letter dated XX/XX/year> i received all statements of credit card, i received nothing i asked for. I am requesting this all be removed from my credit file since they can not provide any documentation i asked them to. A credit card statement is not sufficient validation when i asked for multiple items and documentations. United collection burau sent a letter that enclosed the account statements, that's all and i requested more documentation that was not provided.
