I had a contract with XXXX company in exchange for getting treatment for my teeth and receiving aligners. The company went bankrupt, closed all stores, stopped responding to any calls or emails during my treatment. I stopped paying the monthly payments when I stopped receiving aligners because the treatment was not complete and therefore, they did not fulfill their contract duties. XXXX XXXX XXXX kept sending me emails that I owe money, but I dont. Because they breached the contract. Now they sent me to debt collections and an agency called Tek Collect is reaching out to me to collect payments. They also added it to my credit reports and affected my credit score. I reached out to them via email to dispute the debt explaining everything and that I do not owe any money. I also requested documentation of any charges I owe and why. They never responded back to me. I need this to be resolved and removed from my credit report. I have proof and documentation.
