I made a payment to this company on XX/XX/year>, for so it doesn't get charged off.I sent them XXXX dollars for the payments. They put it all towards the principal of the car and just took the entire amount without putting it to the fees and payment of the vehicle.I think thats a scam like thinking that these companies have. Why wouldn't you take that amount of money and correct all the problems? Instead, they did use the money toward none of the things that were needing to be paid.I spoke with several people. This account was supposed to be settled. They didnt hold up to the agreement still decided to make sure I get the end of the stick.
