XXXX has reported me as 30 days late in XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX, I have never missed a payment ever and I have disputed this same reporting and they have corrected it to never late paid as agreed 6 times or more. Every time I file a dispute they change this back to a missed payment. Now they are trying to push it into XXXX. XXXX is not reporting correctly. I was given a new payment date, new terms, and a new amount to be paid or minimum payment. No interest also is to be charged to this account until the balance is paid off in full, and I paid the {$120.00} by the date given. I was supposed to pay by the date given, I met my payment obligations and this account has never had a missed payment. Avant has changed this reporting in the past many times each time violating the FCRA and correcting the payment reporting back to NO PAYMENTS MISSED EVER PAID AS AGREED, and they have also tried to collect a debt using robo calls when I live in California which is a violation of the FDCPA. XXXX is reporting different data to the credit bureaus, reporting different data to Experian, XXXX and transunion. Avant holdings incorrect record keeping, violations of the FCRA and the FDCPA, speak to their inaccurate record keeping and the fines that would be assessed if I pursued all of these violations of state and federal law the fines accessed for these violations would be much more than my remaining balance. Each time XXXX reports this data incorrectly it effects my health and my XXXX XXXX putting my life at risk, I have to spend time calling in and trying to get it fixed by your employees only to always end up back here reporting the same thing to the CFPB. I am sick and tired of XXXX being able to damage my credit whenever they feel like it due to negligent reporting. The same issue has been reported and corrected by this company many times and now XXXX ant to be compensated for my time.
