Seems like Loans are being held by both XXXX and Nelnet. Received an email that all my loans were transferred and held by XXXX. Nelnet is trying to charge me {$620.00}. I believe I paid {$300.00} to them sometime last year. I do not understand why Nelnet is trying to charge me when XXXX is my loan holder and they are not charging me anything.
