Upon reviewing my Consumer Reports, I discovered some instances of late payments on an account for which I have always maintained timely payments. Consumer Reporting Agencies play a crucial role in accurately reporting consumer information. It is imperative that this information be reported with utmost accuracy. I have never missed a payment on the following account : XXXX, for the following account Numbers XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I request a thorough investigation into these discrepancies and urge you to provide evidence, such as statements, demonstrating the lateness of these payments. If unable to furnish such proof, I demand that these payments be promptly updated to reflect their true status as on-time, as I have consistently upheld my payment obligations without delay. XXXX has constantly made mistakes regarding my payments. I have contacted and spoken to XXXX on multiple occasions and they have told me that these payments are not to be made through XX/XX/year> due to being in Student forbearance and switching of servicers. Yet, these payments are still being shown as late, which caused a significant drop in my Credit Score reported, which is unacceptable. This information reflected on my credit report is extremely inaccurate. Regardless, payments have still been made while in forbearance. The incompetency and inaccurate reporting has led from my Credit Score going from excellent to unfavorable in a matter of minutes.
