Around XX/XX/XXXX my credit score with Experian was XXXX. When I checked my credit on XX/XX/year> all my credit cards were gone, none were reflected and my score dropped over XXXX points. I called and spoke to XXXX and was advised that a lender tried to pull my credit and the report partially locked. I was told it would be repaired within XXXX days. I was also advised that I will see who attempted to pull it once repaired. I also spoke with XXXX after XXXX business days as the report was not fixed. I also have no information on the supposed company that attempted to pull my credit, It is now XX/XX/XXXX and although now all the credit cards are reporting my score is XXXX and never returned to XXXX. I am requesting my score be updated immediately!
