My checking account was closed for no reason be known to me. I was never told my account was closed until I tried to order off line and my debit card was declined about XXXX times. I knew I had funds to cover my transactions so this prompted me to check on my account online. There was a message stating for me to contact the back to understand why funds are not available. I did that, and to my surprise, I was shocked to hear my account had been closed. No one as of to date can tell me why my account was closed. I've spoken with a couple of supervisors to understand what was going on for them to close my account after banking with Capital One for almost XXXX years. I had spoken to a supervisor on XX/XX/year>2025, being told she had to research why I didn't receive all my monies from the account. Asking again, " Why '' she was like the others, couldn't answer the " Why ''. I've been overwhelmed with the daunting tasks of just trying to receive clarity on why the account was closed, and without notice. I estimate I'm owed between {$300.00} to {$500.00} which I haven't received. Thank you for your time and expertise in this situation...
