After completing an order, I immediately requested cancellation of order. Response was, we will try. Later told they couldn't cancel. i cancelled because the final payment changed twice. The order was not shipped for XXXX days later which is plenty of time it could have canceled. Then it took in excess of 20 days to deliver. When I disputed the transaction it stayed under review the entire 20 days until after delivered. Response then dispute closed in favor of the seller because item was delivered. Delivery was never the issue. The issue was the changes in price after the payment was completed. Secondly due to realizing this was out of the country purchase and it wouldn't be needed any longer if shipping was longer than normal XXXX days.
