For the Record COMENITYCAPITAL/FOREVER21 | XX/XX/XXXX continues to derogatorily report on my XXXX consumer report I do not consent to this, and I do not deny that I have had in the past a credit card with Forever21 before that was funded by CommenityCapital however the account was not properly investigated nor was it verified nor was it validated and is in direct violation of my rights and I may file a law suit to sue for compensating damages if this creditor refuses to comply with the laws stated here.
