Consumer Narrative

I requested a reversal of the charge of {$360.00} from Capital One. They told me that it was a chip to chip transaction without a PIN. I placed a complaint with the CPFB, and Capital One responded that a PIN was used. I would like this matter to be resolved as the company, Capital One, either lied to me earlier or has lied to the CFPB. Capital One provided vendor information that did not include a valid telephone number or contact so I could contact. I did contact a vendor from an address and they have not had a store front in many years.
