I have attached the communication with ally car loan. I chose to use online chat for the purpose of having records due to misfortune of heresay. I was alerted that I was 4 days past due on loan payment. The loan amount at beginning was XXXX. The account claims that it is now XXXX. My first bill was due XX/XX/XXXX. As shown in my bank statements I have been making payments weekly to be sure I am caught up before or by the due date. All together I have paid {$710.00} ( +change ). Ally claims I have only paid {$330.00} ( and change ). Weeks before XX/XX/XXXX due date I went on to make sure I was caught up. What I saw was XXXX due XX/XX/XXXX. So when I was alerted XX/XX/XXXX, I discover the acct claims I am delinquent {$350.00}. As shown in transcript I tried to get to the bottom of this to no avail. They were not able to tell me where missing money is. My account statements are irregular, do not show all I have paid. My interest rate is 9.64 % but that should not matter considering that small amount is calculated into monthly payment YET, This is part of the reasoning I was given by representative. I demanded a full statement showing evidence of money allocation. As seen I was told 1-2 days. I have yet to receive. They have started to make calls to my cosigner, more than one a day. Asking him for his SS. Which is uncomfortable considering come to find out this company recently had a breech. I am at a loss not just of {$380.00} but of a way rectifying where I feel safe and comfortable moving forward considering I am liable of credit hits if I don't cough up {$350.00} by the deadline they have given me. Plus late fees. Because this is an online lender there is no place I can walk into and speak to a creditable person who understands. As seen in transcript I was directed to a " supervisor '' but from what I experienced I believe he is a supervisor of the employees but knows as little as they do bc they are an answering service working from home. If I had the choice originally, I would not have chosen an online lender. This was through a car dealership. If I tried to change lenders I would have credit hit and potential rise in interest rate. No matter how I look at it I am the one to lose out and seem to be the only one who is being held accountable or responsible when this shouldn't be the case.
