On XX/XX/year>, I became aware that an unelected official, XXXX XXXX, was given access to my PII without prior notification from the Department of Education or the U.S. Department of Treasury, and without my written consent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was given access to information of mine that myself and the Department of Education deem confidential. With XXXX 's status, influence, and monetary power, I believe that my information may be used for purposes against my approval or in ways that do not align with my education. XXXX is owner of an incredibly powerful company who I believe could potentially use my PII for ways relating to its benefit. I do not feel comfortable knowing that my bank account information has been compromised, nor do I trust this person to use any of my data. It has been 10 days since I've first heard of this allegation and there still has not been any notification from the Dept of Education or the U.S. Department of Treasury explaining why XXXX XXXX has been granted this particular information or any explanation as to WHAT information he has obtained since being appointed by the President. Given this knowledge, I believe that the balances of all my student loans should be depleted and any obligation I may have had to pay them, should now be called into question given this account of recent
